Selection Process

- Final Selection: The department will finally select candidates for deployment on a purely contractual/outsourced basis.
Terms & Conditions
- Candidates must carefully review the eligibility criteria before applying.

- Selected candidates will be deployed on a contractual basis for a fixed period or until the contract expires.
- ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates.

- The place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. Shift work/rotational basis may be required.
- Candidates must produce original documents for age, qualification, and experience verification during the interview/interaction.
- COVID-19 SOPs must be followed during the verification and interview process.
- Information provided in the application form must match details on Class 10th certificate, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card. If the candidate has changed their name, evidence must be furnished.
