About Job Profile

As an Engineer Trainee at POWERGRID, you will be involved in planning, co-ordination, supervision, and control over complete Inter-State Transmission System and operation of national and regional power grids. The role demands handling complex technical tasks, providing consultancy services, and maintaining the robust telecom network. Salary Package

During the training period, Engineer Trainees will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000 (IDA) and will receive a stipend including IDA, HRA, and perks. Upon successful completion of the training, they will be absorbed as Engineers in the E2 scale (Rs. 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000).
