Salary Package
During the training period, Engineer Trainees will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000 (IDA) and will receive a stipend including IDA, HRA, and perks. Upon successful completion of the training, they will be absorbed as Engineers in the E2 scale (Rs. 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000).
